Five Generations. One Farm.

Homeplace to four generations of Williams, siblings Nancy, Linda, Charles and Margaret welcome you to our farm. While renovating the late 1800's farmhouse, we are working an organic kitchen garden, raising chickens, cows, goats and occasionally grandkids, and rebuilding the 100 year old scuppernong arbor for a touch of Bubba Tuscany!
Turns out, this is a nice place for a family wedding or baptism, too. Come and visit us, and bring your kids! It's a great way for your children to learn more about where their food comes from, for you to learn more about whether chickens are right for you, pick a little fruit and put up some jelly - or just enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch.
Our dad, Charles Williams, was a man who loved this farm, and looked to the future with faith. Our mom, Emily Holmes Williams, believed people are important, not things. She added the music and grace. The next generation is working to preserve these values and this farm - the land, the timber, the wildlife, the homeplace. We aren't fancy but we sure are happy.
